January 10th Children’s Sunday School Lesson

I hope you are all doing well. I’m sure all of the grown-ups of the Sunday school children have feelings about the events of this week. Let’s not pretend that the children don’t also know what’s going on, and have feelings or questions about them. I will be attaching links to information on how to speak with your children about this. Take the time to listen to them and pray with them about their feelings and their hopes for the future.

For Sunday school we will be watching a video on the baptism of Jesus. My favorite craft to do with this lesson is to have the children read or watch the scripture and then have them draw a picture of what they think Jesus saw when he came up from the water. If you send me your pictures I will ask Sarah to put them on Facebook. I am positive that when the congregation sees this it will make them smile!
