Everyone is invited to come and learn more about the practice of Centering/Contemplative prayer. We will begin with a short reading from Thomas Keating (famous teacher of Centering Prayer), a brief discussion on the reading, 20 minutes of Centering Prayer, and close with the Lord’s Prayer.
